large corporate groups seeking to dispose of non-core assets to a reputable and operational buyer. It also acquires from owners or operators who are also keen to ensure the business is sold to an operational buyer who will ensure continuity of trading and employees are well looked after. Parabellum Investments will also transact with private equity sellers and venture capital firms.
